KyoChon Chicken @ Cheras Taman Mutiara — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Purchased: Wing and drums mixed Soy & Red Pepper flavors.

I've always wanted to visit Kyochon but the ridiculous waiting times and how pack the place usually is, always puts me off. So, purchased through GrabFood and welp, definitely not disappointed.

The delivery time was fast for my first purchase, despite other reviewers saying there's usually a delay. Could be due to ordering in the morning? *shrugs The order came in neatly packed and hot! And the taste is just amazing. Flavorful yesss. The pieces are somewhat small but 12x pieces can still be shared among 4 people at least, like a snack. (We're all small-eaters).

All-in-all, good experience. I find the price reasonable even. Definitely would purchase again. Thanks...

Food is great, but we had bad experience for dining here, the worker ask us to take the menu at our own, and walk to the "counter" to order (the counter seem to be their internal wallway which they prepare the drinks)

When place order, we paid thru the QR scan and the foreigner worker said we should not pay using that QR?? If so why you guys stick the code over there for people to scan?

Please at least have ONE worker who can speak English/ Malay fluently, it's very hard to communicate with them, they cant even take the simple order such as Coke where they can mistakenly heard it...

The food preparation process is too slow, understanding that currently is EMCO but 1.5 hours of waiting is totally unacceptable, why accept order in the first place if you know you can't handle it in that capacity? Checked previous reviews a lot of customers facing same issue, the owner should take correspondence steps to solve this other than just apologising. Will not order from Kyochon...
