I have been ordering from this branch via Grab for quite a number of times from month to month. I am disappointed at the food quality because 10 out of 10 times I order teriyaki chicken or teriyaki toufu with Japanese tumeric pearl rice, I get undercooked rice, because the middle part of the rice is hard. Did I mentioned the toufu is sour? Did I also mention that the food quality is like a roller coaster that either travel straight or down, but never up? It is not a particular season or time that I get quality like this, but it is every month on different dates… and I doubt that the rice would be any different from what they serve in the restaurant and what they serve from take away.
I usually order from Bangsar branch but since there is 1 nearer, I’ve been ordering from this branch. I’ve finally given up and decided to pay more for delivery and ordered from Bangsar. The rice is fully cooked through! And the overall taste is much better too. I will continue my patronal support to the...
Read moreI had high hopes for La Juiceria Superfoods, but unfortunately, my recent experience was quite disappointing. While the concept of healthy and fresh options is appealing, the execution fell flat. The salads and bowls lacked flavor, and the ingredients didn’t seem as fresh as advertised. The portion sizes were small for the price, leaving me feeling like I didn’t get my money’s worth.
The service was also underwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent and not very attentive, making the overall experience less enjoyable. I had to wait quite a while for my order, even though the place wasn’t busy, and when it finally arrived, it didn’t live up to expectations.
I view of the setting above, I felt it was overpriced and not worth for the value.
Overall, La Juiceria Superfoods didn’t meet the mark in terms of food quality or service. I was hoping for a satisfying, healthy meal, but left feeling disappointed. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning...
Read moreSeveral days back the chicken in my salad arrived partially uncooked! The manager replaced it on my next order. I was told this will not happen again and staff will be trained. Today not only was the meat not cooked properly (beef this time) but the vegetables were overcooked and burnt. How is it possible that this not only happens again, but gets even worse? Offered (again) a free juice on my next order but that really doesn't make up for this. I don't think the manager understands the seriousness of this matter. If a customer ends up very sick from food not being safe to eat, that could be a very big problem for him if authorities are involved! Luckily both times I spotted the undercooked meat and saved myself from stomach issues (or worse), but I am frankly tired of this now and will order from a different La Juiceria branch in future. Have given this branch enough chances to get their...
