I was extremely disappointed by the customer service at this place. When I walked in, several employees were blatantly ignoring waiting customers, including myself. Instead of attending to us, they were playing a game of rock-paper-scissors to decide who would be (unwillingly) serving the next person. This unprofessional and dismissive attitude continued with the customers after me as well.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the business. I would strongly advise to train their staff on proper customer...

This shop is one of the better one in town..No wonder it is rated so high 4.5stars . The other outlets at PJ areas are always out of stocks of certain items like boba sundae and creamy mango, and their ratings are terrible, less than 2 stars! Although, previously this outlet also has some issue of stocks availability, but it seems that they have fixed the issue. No more such issue lately.
