This is our second time visiting this store. It's also the last time I visit this store. Because we are very dissatisfied with the service of a girl (big eyes, blonde hair). Prevent her colleague from helping us clarified. Her mouth said to help us clarify, and then kept asking us for money The service attitude for us is “not to talk too much just pay the money.” Don’t even say the last apology

We spend RM800++ to get this kind of services !!!

Here's the thing. The first time we came, it was to celebrate a birthday. We are very satisfied with the service here. After that, we asked what conditions the K room service. The waiter here told us that we only need to book early. We also asked if there is any additional charge? The waiter really said that as long as there are 8 people, you can get a room. So this time we invited 8 people to come here again to celebrate friend birthday.

When we gave the money today, there was a sudden extra room fee. We asked the waiter, and she told us that there is such a fee, and we explained to her the conditions that the waiter told us for the first time. She didn't hear anything and kept saying that there was no such thing. We said you can check it, and then she said she would check it, but she kept begging us for money. The colleague next to her wanted to help clarify but stopped her. Just give us the feeling that we don’t need to ask so many questions, just pay. In the end, she still had the nerve to ask us how their service attitude was, we said we would give Google review, and then she kept a straight face, and we didn't say anything. And when we were eating, we also heard customers outside complaining about them.

Therefore, friends who are going to come should ask clearly to avoid these unpleasant things...

Overall food is ok, but the service is really lousy. Waiter always give the wrong information.

First visitation on Jun'23, we have book at normal area and we are interested in the KTV room. so on the same day, we have visit the KTV room with one of the male waiter, and we did ask any charges on it, the waiter say no need, u have 8 pax to come then is FOC to have room (about this, we have 7 of us listening to this). Of course, we're very excited to hear about it and planning to visit again.

So, we really visit again on yesterday (4 Jul'23). but when we paying the bill, they are telling us there is a RM100 charges on it. Then we did telling the cashier we have been told earlier on Jun'23 that there is no charges to have the room. We also ask cashier to check back on that day who is the waiter telling us about this info and she said she will check on it. But not even finish checking and give us a proper explanation then the cashier just telling, anyhow this is a must pay and no clear explanation on our concern.

Anyhow, ventilation of the KTV room is REALLY BADD ! SO SMOKEY IN THE ROOM !

SO, PLEASE BE BEAR IN MIND TO BOOK KTV ROOM AND DONT TRUST WHAT THE WAITER SAID TO YOU AS ALWAYS GIVING WRONG...

We are having a birthday celebration in this restaurant today. We booked for 10 people, but due to one of them's sickness, he can't attend. But the restaurant still charged 10 people for us, even though we announced it. So the price ends up at RM900. We take the KTV room, the room is hot even with 2 aircon. The room is still oily everywhere—table, window, and floor. You can see the oil leaking from the table to the floor. The food is normal, but their portion is too small. The meat and abalone slices are so thin that even light can go through them. The soup is just mid. For the ice cream, definitely not BR or Haagen Dazs; the taste is similar, but you can tell the difference if you've eaten the real one before. Their waiter service is good; I have no problem with that. The atmosphere is not suitable for this price; they named it "第獄", but you can't feel any atmosphere of that. All you can feel is heat, like in hell (even with the air conditioning). Overall, the food is definitely not worth this price, as is the atmosphere and environment. Highly not recommend.
