Food is okay but service is disappointing.We came in around 8.20pm without noticing that they are closing at 9pm. But we still can order food, and they did not tell us that they are closing soon. Then at halfway of eating, we were informed to pay the bill. After that, when it's almost the time, they directly pull down the portcullis which got us in shock. They have so many chances to politely notify us that they are closing at 9pm but they never did. They chose the rudest way to "tell" us. And there was one bunch of worker sitting there looking at us finishing the food which is really destroying our mood.

Service was become slower after reopen for dine in. Like they cant handle walk in customer，take away customer and delivery at the same time. The number of staff is very less，there is only one staff available in dining+cashier+main door area with uninspired eye contact. Walk in customer has to wait to be served even there is empty table inside. No staff is going to clean the table immediate after customer has leave. Self pick up order via WhatsApp was letting me to wait for almost 30mins but not the 10mins promised. Indian cashier girl looks super hyper busy to handle many things. Poor management.

Had bad experience there. Ordered the noodles with pork slices but the pork slices taste not fresh and seems like frozen pork. Couldn't manage to finish even one bowl. Let my fren tried my bowl, she feels disgusted too. Had been asked to sit at a place and ordered But later when there is a bunch of people of 4 came in, the waiter asked me to move to other table (a small table separate from another table) , and the people sitting at another table all big sizes. Feel very uncomfortable and annoying that the waiter simply moved me to another table after I placed my order.

I used to love coming here to have my dinner. But today incident really made me feel not respected. I brought my family 5 of us to this shop and was asked to wait because there’s no 5 pax table available but there’s a lot 2 pax and 4 pax table available. After waited for 30min, most of 4 pax table is empty and 2 pax table beside them are eating. We do not mind to wait for the 2 pax finish their food.Then new 2 pax customer came in and the waitress direct allow them to go for 4 pax table. And we told to wait until the only table that able to sit 5 pax finish their meal even tho they just ordered. Imagine waited 30min then have to wait them finish their meal only can eat. So I am asking the waitress why not give us that 4pax table and wait for that 2 pax finish meal. Then waitress scold me and ask me to wait for 5 pax table finish their meal. today, me and my friends wanted to dine in this restaurant but there's no available place for us yet during that time so me and my friends had been queuing up and waiting for our turn.But, when there's finally a available table, another group of customer(which come after me and my friends) just walked into the shop and tell the waiters they are dining in the restaurant as well.But, the waiters let them to use the available table first while me and my friends are still waiting outside.
