Mrs Yau Canteen 邱太食堂 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I used to love coming here to have my dinner. But today incident really made me feel not respected. I brought my family 5 of us to this shop and was asked to wait because there’s no 5 pax table available but there’s a lot 2 pax and 4 pax table available. After waited for 30min, most of 4 pax table is empty and 2 pax table beside them are eating. We do not mind to wait for the 2 pax finish their food.Then new 2 pax customer came in and the waitress direct allow them to go for 4 pax table. And we told to wait until the only table that able to sit 5 pax finish their meal even tho they just ordered. Imagine waited 30min then have to wait them finish their meal only can eat. today, me and my friends wanted to dine in this restaurant but there's no available place for us yet during that time so me and my friends had been queuing up and waiting for our turn.But, when there's finally a available table, another group of customer(which come after me and my friends) just walked into the shop and tell the waiters they are dining in the restaurant as well.But, the waiters let them to use the available table first while me and my friends are still waiting outside. Food is okay but service is disappointing.We came in around 8.20pm without noticing that they are closing at 9pm. But we still can order food, and they did not tell us that they are closing soon. Then at halfway of eating, we were informed to pay the bill. After that, when it's almost the time, they directly pull down the portcullis which got us in shock.
