Nando's @ Eko Cheras Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

22/01/2023@8pm : I'll start with the good points first which is the food. The quality and taste of chicken is still maintained and the order came real fast, just a few mins after we ordered. The negative comments here is the manager/supervisor that's very unprofessional with her work ethics. Her shoulder length hair is not tied (free hair), her hair flew even when she's walking. Next, she's very loud with other workers and I even caught her yelling at her workers. I mean if you were the instruct them, please do it behind the customer, not right infront of them. In addition, the service crew didnt even put their mask on when serving food. Next, this Nandos branch does not have Salad Dressing sauce bottle? WHAT? Plus, the food we received is not hot/warm especially the sides (wedges). Next, I realise the workers are all malay ladies and its pretty obvious they were racist towards me. They greeted welcome to everyone when they came in and said thanks when customer's leave the place EXCEPT US. 🤷🏼 And lastly, the lot is too small to open a restaurant like Nandos. ive ordered from this store a few times now but i think i’ll never order from here again (not that my opinions matter anyway to them). also note that this is all ordered by grab. the first time i ordered from here, the peri sauce tub lid wasnt secured and it spilled all over the bag. the second time, the mac n cheese i chose missing or unavailable so they dropped it from the order but they did not inform me, the order was a group order and the only item received was the other person’s item, but i didn’t reported it bcs i thought it was just a small mistake (also lets be honest, grab isnt gonna do abt it anyway). this time i ordered mac n cheese bowl, added the perinaise in a tub but they didnt even bother to add it but added a cold mild sauce in a tub, with the mac n cheese portion that looks like if i cant finish the meal (in other words, very small). i cant be so sure if thats just the normal portion but ive eaten from different stores such as aeon rawang, one utama, trx, and they’re all have good amount of mac n cheese. this is the only store (ekocheras) that continuously makes me...
