Beware of this place. Their staffs are trained to additional items into your order and will over charge you. When asked the staff will defend him/herself. But when you are sure about your order the staff would still deny an apology until requested.

They didn’t provide refund immediately in fact asked me to wait and will text me once my refund is credited onto my eWallet. It was around rm15

However few days later they asked me to fill in a long form releasing my personal data and bank details via WhatsApp so they apparently could transfer the rm15.

It’s a total waste of time and not at all safe so I asked why can’t they just give out a voucher which I could use. They said they can’t. But when i threatened to have this publicly shared they got their rude marketing manager to offer me RM100 voucher.

Was there on the 16th May, right before the lunch crowd. Ordered 2 sets of the Cream Cheese Salmon for my son and myself. After eating 2 pieces (out of 4- if not mistaken), we confirmed to each other that the sandwich taste different and not as good as usual). So I asked the person preparing sandwich if they squeezed lemon in it which he replied he didnt. He then proceed to get lemon for me from the kitchen. utterly unacceptable. there was a worm crawling at the sofa. was there around 2pm and the place was less than half occupied. the male staff was busy wiping tables and somehow ignored mine even though I was seated there waiting for my meal. the floor was full of bits of food. no one bother to sweep the floor. the triple decker toasties was below par and doesn't look appetising. when I first gotten the meal, I asked myself if this is indeed my order.
