There are not many Chinese restaurants in this area. This restaurant is a blessing to many who want to taste great noodles that taste like the original thing.
Just a humble one shop lot with no table cloth, no air-cond, no uniform, no blink-blink (I learned this word from my niece) signboard. But it's clean, cozy and most of all, the chef are the bosses who believe they know what they are doing .. entrusting the cooking job only to themselves ... and what nice food come out of those woks!
Hokkien mee, Sing chau mai fun, wat tan hor, man yee min, ying yong and many more. I have tried them all. Sorry. Pardon my weak Cantonese. Pure original banana.
You will always see many people eating there. 3 scenarios:
Large crowd of people who have just arrived. Go eat something else. You may have to wait an hour.
Large crowd. Some are eating. Some are still waiting. Look at your watch. Check your schedule. If there's nothing so urgent and there's a table to take, take it. The wait may only be half an hour to 45 minutes. Take out your mobile phone and play something.
Large crowd but all are in the midst of eating. That means your food will come shortly. Grab that seat. Yummy yummy. Bribe someone to go home if you...
Read moreFood here satisfaction but management very poor, there were No Smoking signs place all over the shop but on 2 occasions, l spotted customers at other tables smoking away n when l approached the owner of the shop n complained about the customers on the other table smoking away but nothing or No action has been taken by the proprietor atleast to talk to the smokers adviceing them not to smoke immediately. Very disappointed n hope the authorities looks into the matter, will never ever visit...
