ZUS Coffee - Danau Kota Suite — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

First time trying Zus Coffee in my life. Saw it near my place and decide to give it a try. First off. This cafe is so noisy. Macam market. There were only 2 other customers and me. Bising from the counter.. chit chat and banging some sort of door or drawers dont know what.. paid for a mac and cheese and a salted gula melaka coffee to dine in.. dont have enough coins for my change. No sorry from the cashier who only keep insisting me for smaller change... since didnt hv enough change to give me.. i just donate it to the cafe. Why dont you have enough change i dont understand... not my fault or problem.... horror follows....... the most disgusting mac and cheese i had in my life. Watery and cheap tasting. It was microwaved prepacked food... after few sips of coffee i felt nauseous... i continued eating the disgusting mac and cheese and took 15mins to finish it.. the noisy atmosphere was not quieting down even when there were more customers walking in... few more sips of the coffee i cant contain the food and drink i had swallowed.... left the cafe as fast as i can... arrived home 10mins later... vomited in the longkang. The combos of the food just not right i think. In a million customers who loves you. There is one over here will never like and come back to you....

went to this Zus on 6/4 at 12am. the staff service was really bad. when i want to order at the counter they said from far away while doing the drinks and ask me to order using the app. and when i want to order from the app the stated it already closed. and they really keep me hanging there for more than 10min just to order. l not even sorry come out from their mouth. And what most dissapointed was, i very often order spanish latte and i know how it taste, but yesterday when i got my coffee, i just taste the milk only. i understand you got thousand of order, even if the service was bad i can accept if the coffee was good as usual. but now even the coffee are not tasted as coffee. totally banned la this...

The location is really close to my house so I decided to give it a try. I can't say that I was impressed with the place. A friend and I had gone for coffee. She had an iced caramel macchiato and I have a iced Spanish latte which was excessively sweet. We ordered a Korean kimchi wrap, rendang wrap and a jalapeno bagel and the food was terrible. The wraps came cold even though the staff had put it in the warmer and the bagel was hard as rock. Could barely bite or cut through it. The toilets for such a small establishment was kept very poorly with water everywhere, the tissue holder broken and the toilet seat broken. Not necessarily a place I would...
