Secret Recipe Sogo — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Went there today & they forgot to make my drinks until i asked “where’s my drink?” They just laugh with their colleagues and didnt apologise. Then things get worse when i ordered “honey lemon” but they served me just a plain lemon drink.

When i pay, i asked the cashier what did i order on for my drink? They said Honey lemon. Then i said, theres no honey in my drink. The girl at the cashier just giggled & say “i dont know, the girl who in charge for the beverages maybe forgot to add the honey”.

Then i advised “please dont do this to your customers. U forgot to make my drink & u buat wrong order”

Please teach common sense to your staff to say “Sorry”, its pissing me off.

Then, the floor is so dirty with cakes on the floor....

Worst services ever. No smile, not even greetings. I know you guys are fasting, so am I. I bring kids and order sky juice, my kids cannot handle the thirsty so i am asking them about the water, they answer with mad eyes..

The staff name sofea just asked "budak ni makan sini ke?"

They are also lock the door from sogo to enter to their restaurant. When i ask them that i wanna go out to go shopping at while waiting my food to be ready they just take away the rode that they use to lock the door without even help me to open the door, whilst i am carrying stuff and kids.

After sales also no smile. May secret recipe take action on your staff name mira and sofea who is on duty on...

Worst experience ever. I arrived at 9:30 PM and saw a lady cleaning the floor. I asked if I could come in, since it was still within operating hours. She responded by asking, “Why?” I said I wanted to buy a cake. Suddenly, a male staff member named Faez shouted behind the cashier with an attitude and asked, “Nak beli cake apa?” while making an annoyed face.

I’m shocked that a business would keep staff with such poor customer service, it reflects terribly on the brand. I was there to make a purchase, not to ask for a freebie. For the record, I bought a whole cake, not just a slice. Still, I was treated like a beggar. I will never ever come back to this store ever...
