Went to their new outlet at DC Mall food court. Ordered the Mentaiko Tamago Don and it was probably the WORST mentaiko yamago I’ve ever had. Firstly, the food arrived cold (weird as I waited around 15-20 mins). The sauce was disgusting, tastes like straight up vinegar and was so inedible. The egg as well had the weirdest texture (almost like play dough/cake¿!?) and did not taste like egg AT ALL. Explained this to the staff working and alll they said was the food is supposed to taste like that, didn’t evem offer to re-make it or a refund. Disgusting, I wouldn’t even feed this food to the strays.

Wanna give negative star but cannot. 👎 Lousy service , made a group order on GRAB and grab seperate 2 drivers to pickup our food.. one driver went and pickup our order but when the 2nd driver pickup they told him they their rice is finished and they are already keeping then ask us to cancel the order… Our grab driver had to call grab to cancel our order after an hour of waiting. Why didn’t the shop inform or cancel our order earlier if they didn’t have enough food for customers ? Wasted my money & time. Made me have to bungkus at mamak later, support local.✌🏿✌🏾✌🏽

Gave us few pieces of small carrot and potato with a not fresh vege. I suggest whoever see this just don’t order from them. First time seeing a restaurant wanting to maximise profit and treating their customer like a beggar!!!!

Honestly speaking, as a customer we don’t mind paying but charging RM11.90 for a vegetarian Japanese curry with this portion is pathetic!!!!! Gave us few pieces of small carrot and potato with a not fresh vege. I suggest whoever see this just don’t order from them. First time seeing a restaurant wanting to maximise profit and treating their customer like a beggar!!!!
