The food here actually tastes quite good, with a nice and balanced flavor. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. The service attitude wasn’t great — the staff were not very friendly, and the air conditioning was weak. I asked them to turn on the fan, and although they did at first, they turned it off right after the food was served, which made it really hot and uncomfortable. This outlet is probably the best option for Chinese food at KL Gateway, but the quality and service need a lot more improvement. For the price I'm paying, I expected better, but it seems like they just target the working class people here who don't really care much about food quality because lunch is always rushing.
