Gigi Coffee (KL Gateway) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Gotta agree with another reviewer about the sour-faced girl. I’ve been debating whether to post this review for months, but I thought maybe it was just me who was imagining this girl being so rude. But I guess not, huh? I LOVE the coffee products at Gigi, but my experience at KL Gateway is so much affected by that girl. I am always a little bit nervous every time I come up to the counter, I never know if she’s gonna be her default-setting moody, or EXTRA moody. Her demeanor is like the work is SO beneath her, like she is so done and could not care less. But because I love the coffee so much, sometimes I like to test the universe’s luck. Thank goodness for GrabFood, because I can order without looking at her face! Gigi, you GOTTA do something about this poorly behaved...

The girl name Saarah made wrong drink as I ordered almond macca but she gave me caramel r. When i asked for re-make and expected a sorry but what I received is a blaming that I was ordered the caramel and she still assumed that I ordered wrongly. Plus, she said I ordered with her 2 times wrongly but I never order wrong with her once, I was so surprise that she (might remember someone else) excuse herself as a liar. First, attitude. Second, dishonest. So disappointed, fk bad...

i cant say much for the food and atmosphere cause i did not eat anything and i did not stay there for too long. i ordered my coffee to go.

i got an iced hazelnut latte. and i am very picky with it. but the coffee i had here was good.

although, i hope in the future… they can serve the iced latte in a cup with a flat lid rather than the round one cause it makes it comically large. round lids would make sense if i were to order a frappe (with whipped cream on top)…...
