Ordered a delivery service via app. Worst experience ever. One of the my drinks spilled all over foodpanda's. ONLY ONE because the cap was not capped properly - which shouldn't have happened if they had check properly before sending it off with rider.

Trying to contact their customer service is a whole nother nightmare. even after almost 3 hours, the case was not solved, I was only assigned live agent after 2 hours but went AWOL right after saying hi. which makes absolutely no sense.

Poor service by the staff there. On 26 august i went to the zus branch to buy a frappe, i want to order at the counter. there’s many staff there but no one wants to take my order. i waited around 2 to 5 mins and yet still no one willing to take my order. i got mad then i ordered using the app set as pick up. Im sorry but this is the worst Zeus ive ever taste. I bought your coffee for the past 4 months yet no improvement; the coffee is blant, plain even the boss beans & even for the spanish latte that should taste rich. Im surprised that the taste is different from other zeus ive been too.
