C19 3rd Tsunamiamiami Waves Lockdown OnFleet Delivery 4 'Day1' Experience. 2dy are my 1st day joining the Onfleet delivery and my 1st experience not jz being a customer but different scope of F&B Hospitality services especially dedicated for all Food Rider all arnd the globe. We going to talk abit abt he S.O.P of all Vendors l, Cafe &Restaurant not too pointing thw wrongdoing, bt jz as reference and other hospitality services tools for everyone to improve of the businesses to become better in future other then juz gaining credits out of it. Its my 1st tasks on the 1st day arnd 10am..not too far from my Best Friends Hse which covering Mont Kiara area for a starting of the day..yeay..im so so excited lil bit cz i got to go out and makig some income at the same time, why nt..never know whats coming untill u understand and see it. My advice to eveyone for C19 Lockdown, plz do try this if ur bord and dont mind of doing thngs out of yr Comfort Zone then the usual, or else peeps👉 ✌️#pleasestayathome😁 Yeay..WooTWooT🤑 Destination-VCR Stacks, and my 1st time ere on lockdown. Suprisingly it is busy on th early hours for takeaway on 3rd Waves Lockdown. All Restaurant are not allowed to served any cust dining in bt all are only take away & Delivery. When i arrived, a Big Welcome Geetings from he girl server station on the entrance and with that Big Smile making nt jz me, bt everyone for a happy gud day i believed. Thumbs Up Girl👍,'who ever ur' kepitup.💪 On the front of the entrance are the usual registering S.O.P on the table blooking the entrance. Even th 'girl' bz taking ordering & checking he ordering, she still have that time and full aware of whichever cust that arrived and ask 2 register, Sanitized plus to take a seat while waiting for yr turn. Impressive & well trained. Gud job welldone, Sharp& kep it Firm is the word. Waiting time are around 15min..not too bad for a busy early hours like this, No Prob w that. Overall, all C19 S.O.P are followed accordingly, service, waiting period and take away packing presentation are jz Pefect fo what it is for now, And as the payment system all are up to date from Online Epay,Boost, TNG & other to name afew of the P.O.S System. CONGRATS 4 making the the future better to everyone. So, ya..i have totally nothing to argue, nothing to Complain or suggest. All are gud in its own way. Read moreI visited the VCR Stacks branch in Mont Kiara this morning for a cup of coffee, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First, the drinks were amazing. Both the iced latte and hot latte, expertly crafted by the talented Rupa, were perfectly balanced and refreshing, an ideal way to kickstart my day. The cleanliness of the restaurant was equally impressive. Eiman one of the staff, greeted me with a smile as I entered, quickly cleaned a table for me, and took my order with genuine warmth. The entire team demonstrated attentiveness not just towards customers but also toward each other, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Since the kitchen is open concept, I had the pleasure of seeing how well the staff worked together. Their communication was upbeat and joyful, led by their kitchen leader, Lim, who made sure everything ran smoothly and that orders were delivered promptly. kah Men, who handled the final prep of the food, maintained excellent hygiene, carefully wearing gloves and tying back her hair even though it's short, a testament to the team's commitment to cleanliness and quality! What stood out most was the personal touch from the outlet manager, Jeremy. Though I’m not a regular, he remembered my face and took the time to have a friendly chat with me, which made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear that VCR Stacks Mont Kiara takes great pride in focusing on their patrons and delivering a consistent experience every time. I’m not often here, but every time I visit, they never fail to amaze me. It truly made my day, and I want to take this opportunity to appreciate each one of the team members who contributed to this wonderful experience. Beautiful experience! The service by assistant manager Ace was what stood out to me most. I was lucky enough to be served by him at the counter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, it's ingredients and how the dishes are prepared so he could handle easily all my questions and customizations due to severe food intolerances. The order was delivered accurately and with care. I also noticed that he was the one preparing the coffee art with delicate care - my friend's second coffee order had an elaborate ox on it. What a multi-talented staff!
The food of course was excellent, with Ace answering my detailed questions on the menu, I realized that the menu had popular known dishes but they all had a unique tasteful twist. For example the egg sandwich is topped with an onsen egg, the chicken and waffles is not only served with a habanero sauce but the fried chicken is also dipped in habanero oil after it's fried so that the taste is infused into the chicken. The menu was thoughtfully designed, the dishes prepared delicately, with fresh ingredient.
The space was bright, open and airy. Coupled with amazing food and excellent service, it made for a memorable time catching up with an old friend for a few hours. Thank...
