WhiteBurger — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Just came back from here. I was reluctant to go due to variances in the food panda reviews and those on Google. However, I had a good time so wanted to set the record straight.

The food is great with the right amount of seasoning. Unsure why people have said otherwise. The burgers were very slightly on the greasy side but nothing that would put me off. The location is hidden but it has a great vibe/atmosphere and the service for us was excellent even though they had a full house.

The way it works is that you order by scanning a QR code and you can pay whilst you are sat down or can choose to pay at the counter. We did both and had zero issues. The system works well, do t let anyone else tell you otherwise. It's a you problem and not a system problem.

The food was served within 10 mins on both orders. So not long to wait. The view to the twin towers is decent. There had been rain so the umbrellas were open so wasn't a super clean view but a nice view.

The location is a little hidden away but there is parking but double parking is the norm and we saw people enter and leave without too much of an issue.

The customer demographic for when we attended was young. I would say most if not all were under 30.

The area was clean and we didn't see any pest activity. There was a really cute white/ginger cat walking around also. A welcomed sight for us as we love cats.

I would recommend visiting for sure! I think they are trying to run a good business and I really respect that. I wish them all the best in the future.

We went there at night with the hardest parking space ever. After almost an hour managed to finally get a parking and we went to order right at the counter . It was 11.25 pm and the staff said the stall is closing by 11.30 pm and asked us to sit down and scan the qr code instead to order online . We went to sit and tried opening the website but it was loading forever. By the time we were trying to order online it was already 11.33 pm . I dont understand shops like this who practically NEEDS their customer to order online despite the fact that we have stood right in front of their faces to order the very anticipated food. I mean it would have taken her less than a minute to get an order from me and do the payment right away. What is it with lazy dinings nowadays? Come on lah if youre lazy to take orders just close the shop and do...

I am reviewing my experience when I visited the eatery in the afternoon, under a scorching day.

DO NOT VISIT during hot afternoon. The bahang was so quite bad, I had migraine the late afternoon. Unfortunately the standfan there is not helping at all, and the staff could not help the situation either.

Food wise, I ordered a burger, cheesy fries with beef bacon, and a ribenna, cost me more than RM50. Food is ok, typical burger with fried chicken patty (double as u can see in the photo), typical fries and drink. My friend had the pasta and suffering from the great spiciness. Well, again the tolerance differ from one to another, so be adventurous.

But apparently night view is great, with klcc at the back, and i believe cooler weather will make the whole experience better. U might wanna try to...
