Wing Heong BBQ Meat @Sri Petaling — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Famous, delicious but WORST services I never seen before. I have been support wing heong many year ago, even during CNY I took 2hrs long queue to buy last year. This year I tried pre-purchase online and pick on selected day.

Unfortunately, due to unfriendly cashier, lucky I requested double check item 1 by 1, some item didn’t pack in.

My pre-order bill MYR 797++ entitle free 5 angpow packs, but cashier replied not enough stock, no more angpow pack.

I feel like I was cheated !!! And I have unlucky purchase experience with wing heong.

Wing Heong is normally my preferred bakkwa, but today has been terrible. Ordered via Grab to get delivered. Was looking forward to it. When I opened it, it was very dry looking, like it is not fresh. Bit into it, and was like chewing cardboard. The whole 500g pack was dry and looked like its days old. I bought from other stores, so know what fresh tastes like.

Really pathetic to sell stale produce just because I ordered for a delivery and did not...

Was there around 3pm ytd , the line was until the end of the shop .Yes I understand maybe is near to CNY in 3 days time and non festival season customer might be less which they cannot cater for sudden increase of number of customer.BUT when the line is until the back of the shop why do the workers still chat with each other which slows down the work efficiency and you are handling food aren't the workers have to be aware...
