Craving for steambot but wanted to try something new and manage to find this place through google

Concept is like HDL, order through QR scan rather than ipad. We choose the 4 soup based (plain water, tomato, pork belly with pepper soup and vegetarian mushroom). The soup quality and taste is quite similar to HDL especially the tomato soup, pepper soup is not too bad but I hope the portion pork stomach provided in the soup can be improve haha

Pork platter (RM48), three types of pork meat such as belly, collar and jowl. Good quality meat with adequate portion.

Others are pretty standard but something that I wish to nitpick on would be the handmade shrimp paste is slightly below average and abit too salty. Secondly would the the chives pork dumpling, the skin is too thick and the fillings is just alright

Condiments and fruits (watermelon) are provided per headcount of RM5.90 if you wish to consume. In the end of the session, they do provide free dessert which is the soya pudding which the taste and texture is quite good.

Overall with the price that I pay for which is similar to HDL, I would prefer HDL more based on the other services they provide and the food quality there is better too.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Xiang Juu Ge Hotpot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. very underrated!!! the soups were so rich and tasty, but also very well balanced… perfect for my liking! the meat that we were served were all tender and fresh, very yummy!! i’ve been to many hotpot restaurant and if i were to bring family and friends for a hotpot dinner, i would bring them here without a doubt. the service was amazing, they were fast and efficient, but also very friendly and attentive to my requests. the atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect, very grand and elegant to impress your friends!! despite all of this, I found the prices to be surprisingly reasonable. it’s the perfect spot for those who want to experience top notch hotpot dining without breaking the bank!!...
