Came @ 1030 and people started queuing. The kopitiam is noisy as the place is small. Tables are cramped tightly. Ordered dry curry, toast, steam kaya, peanut bread, Cham and white coffee.
Dry curry noodles - portion is small with very little toppings. Expensive for what they offer. RM14.50
Toast - crunchy and tasty. Loved their Kaya and generous butter. RM5.60
Steamed Kaya - piping hot just the way like it. RM5.60
Peanut bread - taste like apam balik, tasty nonetheless. RM6.00
Macao eggs - served in a cup. Would be nicer if they served it together with the toast. Supposed to be a dipping sauce for toast. 🤷🏻♂️
Cham - smooth and fragrant.
Ipoh white coffee - just as nice.
Place is with AC. Cooling! Tables are small and cramped. Waiting time is bearable. Service is quick. Noodles is nothing to shout about really, bread offerings are better but pricey! So are the drinks.
Will I return? Probably not. Felt that I have to finish my food quickly to accommodate others and I can literally hear others conversation. Not a pleasant dining experience.
The kopitiam is fairly new, so the toilets are clean. Parking can be a hassle as the kopitiam is located at a busy road.
Will I ever return? Probably not, don’t like...
Read moreHonestly disappointing.
The food were all grossly overpriced, especially the Yee Mee Soup.
Yee Mee Soup: only had the noodle, 2 cheap frozen fish balls, 1 pork ball, a very tiny amount of Vege, one tasteless fuchuk, a tiny amount of minced pork, and the funniest, was the 3 x extremely thinly sliced mushrooms.
The soup itself tastes normal, nothing interesting.
The Dry Curry noodle, same pathetic amount of ingredients, and it is extremely dry till the point of the noodle being hard, and extremely salty, this is coming from someone that takes salty food all the time.
The Curry Soup, also same tiny amount of ingredients. And taste is also nothing special.
All the noodles are RM14 and above, and for this kind of location and price, the least you could do is provide more ingredients. You are not selling in a shopping mall.
Not to mention, a cup of Chinese tea for Rm1.80? And you can’t even buy...

We visited with my daughter, who is autistic and has a strong attachment to holding the menu. We explained to the staff that she is very obsessive with it, and although we completely understand the restaurant's right to take it back, we reassured them she would not damage it.
Despite our explanation, the supervisor or manager insisted on taking the menu away. This caused a lot of distress for my daughter, and in the end, I had to take her outside to calm down, leaving my mother alone to handle the food and drinks.
It was a disappointing experience. A bit more understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way in making our visit more comfortable. I hope the restaurant can consider being more inclusive and compassionate toward families with special needs children...
