Young Sanna Mee (Setapak) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I had visited Sauna Mee at setapak branch (3rd January 2025). Food wise all good. But the crew were slow even when there are a lot customers inside and outside waiting. Some dirty table would take 5-10 minutes to wipe clean after the customers had long gone. Yet the crew were still slowly doing their job and feel like walking slowly without noticing that there were a lot customers waiting outside for the seat. Also even when they had cleaned the table, it could stayed empty for another 5-10 minutes before the crew guide the outside queuing customers to the empty seats. I've waited for at least half an hour until the food was served. During the waiting of food, I had observed that the crews were chatting together instead of cleaning the table where the customers had left for some time (there were still people queuing outside waiting for the seats). I went to eat alone and I had waited for around 30minutes to 1hour for the seats and another 30 minutes for the food, while the crews were all doing their work slowly. Came here for the 9.90 hype at dinner time, queue for abit but wasn’t for too long. The fish slices they gave… were insanely sad…. 4 Very very very thin slices I thought it’s a tissue paper. But you pay for what you get. I guess they reduce the portion because of the promotion. Hopefully they give more after the promotion when customer is paying the normal price.

The environment is fully air conditioned. But it’s still so warm! Everyone was literally sweating. But can’t complain because of the hot stones everywhere. I can tell the air con was doing its best it’s CRYING. I’m almost showered by its tears.

However, a female waiter (ei ei nge) tilted her tray and poured the liquid onto my pants. I stared at her and she stared back but never say sorry. That was kinda rude especially for a waiter that is suppose to provide...
