Had my coffee here half the day and did some meditation and brainstorming. My, itâs busy and full of people!
Zus coffeeâs customer service is quite good compared to many other coffee chains. Maybe one thing is I ordered through app and it makes things easier and faster.
One thing I learned: there is a huge potential for coffee co-working space. Not many really done the math, averagely everyone is ordering everything except coffee, so each one at least spends RM15-RM20. 30 days is already RM600. Co-working space is offering about the same but it didnât quite understand why so many Malaysian donât use them.
One is paying full rent for the space, and one is paying drinks to âownâ the space for almost half of a day. What is the outcome? If freelancers they are making good returns and can travel with the extra earnings. Whereas co-working space doesnât have the productivity assurance. And the most important thing for Malaysian; drink/food is more important than the bloody nonproductive rental!

   Read moreFor the most part okay but staff tends to turn off app ordering. As some discounts are exclusively via the app, they cant be used to order over the counter.
Tried to order one of the teas (discount is app exclusive) but was told that the promotion was no longer valid. Understand the need to close the app especially if the staff is overwhelmed but to the very least they should be honest to customers.

   Read moreI nak share my experience ordered zus from Sentul Raya Boulevard on 6 July 2025 timing around 12PM - 12:24PM , 2 orang staff yang sangat friendly & polite (lelaki & perempuan). Even ramai customer tengah menunggu, both of them still manage the orders smoothly, still greet every single customer yang walk in thru the store.
