Best Customer Service.. ever!

When I first checking out this cafe, I was shocked to see perfect rating in Google Map - and it was more than hundreds of rating. Honestly I have not seen any place with this kind of positive reviews before so curiosity got the better of me.

To make a trip all the way to Sentul, it must be worth the effort. First impression - it looked just like any other regular cafe. No fancy decoration nor Instagram-worthy kind of mention here. So we just took placed an order for a slice of cake and a glass of Dirty Matcha.

It was their friendliness and attentive service that made us felt appreciated. The smile was never lacking and the one that served us was very soft spoken, polite and attentive. One of very few places that serve dirty matcha and the cake matched the flavour well.

Note: their Google rating is still 4.9 with more than 1000...

No.10 Cafe is a convenient spot if you're attending an event at the HGH Convention Centre, as it's just a short walk away. They have a decent selection of drinks, food, and desserts to choose from. While their hours are good (open till 8pm), be prepared for a crowd in the evenings, especially after events.

The food was alright - nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done. They offer both Western options and Asian favorites like egg yolk rice, with daily specials to keep things interesting. The staff are friendly, though service can get slow during peak hours when they're busy.

As for the coffee, it's decent but on the less sweet side, so keep that in mind if you have a sweet tooth. Overall, No.10 Cafe is a good option for a quick bite or drink near the convention centre, but don't expect anything...

The foods and drinks were great but the design of the door could be better. At least a bit more tinted/some wording/some open&close sign hanging at least. This is because I actually ran onto the glass door, thinking that the door was opened but it wasn’t. This is due to the lighting from the outside as well as there’s not a single stain on the door (they did a great job cleaning)

But unfortunately I ran onto the door which I hurt myself, some of my finger have scraped skin and a huge bump in my forehead. And I wasn’t looking at my phone I was looking straight ahead 💀

Please redesign the door if you can for stupid or clumsy guests like me that unable to differentiate between an opened glass door or closed glass...
