KFC The Boulevard — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Quite possibly one of the worst KFC’s I’ve ever had the misfortune to order from. Last time I ordered, the chicken was completely tasteless, as if they had breaded the chicken in unseasoned flour. Today, I ordered online, and just received a call from the delivery guy that they could not fulfil my order as they had run out of chicken. After having waited 50 mins and the app saying my order was on its way with the driver. He was most apologetic, I was left disappointed and hungry. How KFC can be so inconsistent is beyond me. As a branch, this one needs a new manager, who’s properly trained, and understands the basics. I suggest you order elsewhere to avoid repeated disappointment. From a corporate perspective, this is a unique KFC, as it is staffed by hearing impaired crew, which is commendable. But it’s not an excuse to be so unbelievably poor. I received the KFC orders perfectly from Grab at 6.15pm. I hv no problem with that. The problem was the 2 pieces of chicken were hard, cold and 2 of the same kind...ie breast meats that I hated to the core. If KFC had given me 1 piece I will quietly ate it for was my dinner and I was hungry. At the end of the meal that i could not finished, it was also my worst KFC experience on the 2 lousy pieces of chicken that tore at my mouth like leathered meat....horror too I got 1 packet of chilli sauce which I can't open it..save for it that i have to locate either a knife or scissor to do the trick but my hands were already too oily to hold and i was also too hungry...short of hypo low in sugar!!!..so I forego the chilli sauce! I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to this outlet for making me believe in KFC fried chicken once more! It has been so long since I have tasted the KFC fried chicken taste! In fact I have given up eating KFC fried chicken after trying out a few outlets.

Last week I had a friend bought hot n spicy from this outlet. Reluctantly I had a bite! I was shocked that it was the taste of KFC fried chicken I remembered from long ago! Yesterday I drove thru all the traffic and about 30mins drive just to get the fried chicken from this outlet! My family was so contented and delightful to have the wonderful KFC fried chicken.
