Personally, the place is okay. It is sort of an open space so flies are bound to enter, but not many. The prices are amazing, very affordable. The staff are great and quick, order would be ready in less than 5 minutes.

The drink i usually order is the pearl milk tea, and the milk tea is great, it's just the pearls that are a bit odd, both texture-wise and taste-wise. Edit: i dont know if its just my taste buds or what but the pearls taste better than before

The variety of drinks and sundaes are great and I'm sure nearly everyone would find something to their liking

The store is not very clean, with receipts scattered all over the floor. The cashier’s attitude is below average. I also noticed that many of the staff are foreigners, so the use of Malay is limited. What shocked me the most was seeing one of the staff members who was preparing our order touch his bare back (without a shirt and not wearing gloves). His bare hand touched his back, and then he continued preparing the order. He also handled ice cream and drinks with the same unwashed hands—I saw it happen! On top of that, their long hair was unkempt. I’m extremely disappointed and will never visit this...

The food products were all good overall, but they do not follow the opening & closing time. The last time i went, it was suppose to open at 11am, but they opened at 11:30am. Now i went & its currently 9:23pm, but they r already closed.

Also in terms of the drink quality, everything exepct the pearl was fine. The pearl tasted nothing like normal pearl, it is hard to describe the texture but its horrible. This goes to all of the mixue outlet in malaysia, the pearl...
