1-Altitude Melaka — Restaurant in Malacca

Im VJ here , your frequent customer to 1- Altidude cluster in Malacca . Last Sunday i had a bad time from your staff by the name of Mark. This was the 02nd time bad approach from him in last 3 mths.

Last Sunday i made a visit to 1- Altidude bar after made a call to Mr Fly . Fly mentioned to me can proceed to go and he already spoke to the staffs there in serving me. I went in at 1148 pm , and this timing i had mentioned to Fly as i know 1-Altidude will be close @ 12 pm.

I am regular at the bar especially at this timing and always being served at top notch by your staffs especially Fly and Hafiz ( Monti ).

However once i stepped in , Mr Mark mentioned we cant go in as the acct closed and he has to ask Fly for the approval. He mentioned he cant take the call although some of the serving staffs mentioned to him that im regular and they are ready to serve.

Im absolutely fine with his remark but there is a courtesy on knowing how to relay this to a customer. He wasnt friendly , no eye contact , and made me like a dumb. Im sincerely need to know what action you will take on such esteem staff by the name Mark. This is the 02nd incident . Last December , i was at Monti with my whole family and despite calling him to take orders , he said rudely can you wait .

We visited 1 Altitude Rooftop Bar in Melaka, traveling all the way from KL, and it was absolutely worth the trip! Nestled on Level 44, this rooftop bar offers breathtaking panoramic views of Melaka city, blending the charm of historical landmarks with a modern skyline. The ambiance was vibrant yet relaxing, with a perfect mix of upbeat music, cozy seating arrangements, and a mesmerizing cityscape view. For food, we indulged in a mix of unique and flavorful dishes. The Satay Pizza stole the show – it’s easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, with a perfect balance of bold satay flavors and a crispy crust. We also tried the Mala Pizza, which brought a delightful spicy kick, and the Honey Parmesan Chicken Wings, a sweet and savory treat with a satisfying crunch. Lastly, the Regionali De Ultima Hora was a flavorful addition, perfectly complementing the overall feast.

The service was attentive and friendly, and the drinks menu paired well with the food, making it a great spot for a casual dinner or a special occasion.

I hosted a luncheon for retired teachers of St. Francis Institution at 1-Altitude Malacca on 17th Aug which was simply amazing. The care and attention pre-event was seamless and flawless with Avery as point man / main coordinator. The staff on duty were very attentive and efficient, handling the fine dining dishes and managing the event very successfully with rave reviews received from these teachers, which is no meant feat coming from our past educators who have been known to be very strict and don't suffer fools gladly:) Shoutout out goes to Arif and Mark who were in top form during this event. The mushroom soup was served warm and was the right mixture of texture, taste and creaminess. My main dish of pan seared red snapper was soft, moist and with the condiments made it very yummilicious. The tiramisu was good despite not having any alcohol, which would have then made it excellent I would dare to suggest. Ambience was spectacular as was the view of Malacca Straits and the city landscape, to make the fellowship amongst teachers and appreciation event by the Class of 1984 a resounding success.
