Please allow me telling the truth... I stayed for a day on 21/12/ 22 and extended a day on 22/12/22.
This hotel will be a good hotel IF the issues below mentioned getting improved:
1)Found that toilet is clogging or 'flooded' with water at night when taking bath. I've been informed by the front counter Indian girl that their maintenance will come & get it fixed - - from Kuantan😅(which never turn up even until 'midnight of 2nd day'). 😳😳
The room they've changed for me on 2nd day also facing the same issue (clogging). At the end of the 2nd day, finally she admitted that no confirmation of arrival of the maintenance guy mentioned a day before--as per promised.
2)Frontcounter Indian girl should be retrained for better way of interaction and communication. Never ever fool someone that trust on you, especially guest visiting your premise on the first time. And someone shouldn't showing emotional & frustration when you can't resolve & settle the issues amicably.
3)Hygiene & cleaning issue, including surrounding area eg: walkway -- should be taken care of.

Read moreI had a terrible experience of customer service during my stay in Elmark Melaka 😅 I had my previous stay in Elmark Johor, it was okay 👍🏼 But this branch need to improve alot in customer service 😅 I asked for a kettle because my room didn't have any, but the counter staff; she refused to help. She told me there is no kettle but I saw one at the reception?? 😅 Am I supposed to pay deposit for a kettle? If yes I would've definitely pay. Tambahan, staff perempuan india bagitahu my wife yang parking tak ada, and my wife and I terpaksa park quite far from the hotel??? 😂😅 Surprisingly, the next morning we were told by the morning staff, actually they have parking, and it has been empty since last night. I was devastated 😅 The management should really only choose person who's capable, HONEST & experienced in customer service. Hospitality isn't for everyone 😅 I'm sorry but the indian staff clearly do not meet the expectations to become a receptionist 😁 I am hoping to see an improvement when I come back to Melaka.
