Restoran Seroni — Restaurant in Malacca

The quality and taste of the food fell short of my expectations by Malaysian standards. The Soup though served hot tasted like fish balls in hot water. The Fried Fish looked good but when overturned was charred. Chendol served was very diluted with hardly any taste of gula melaka and the green chendol jelly was still frozen. A far cry from the highly talked about chendol found in Melaka. This restaurant caters to the bus loads of tourists and probably the dishes are prepared in bulk hence served just warm. The loads of tourists made the ambience unappealing and noisy. A lady even tripped and fell onto the floor as it was so crowded. No justice to the great taste of truly Malaysian food. I would not recommend this...
