Hotel is clean and modern but the lobby music level is ear killing loud. Imagine fast Jazz music with disco volume. Kid’s room easily accessible so NEVER put your kids alone inside, it’s just a few toys and TV with cartoons, looks clean. Breakfast is ok, modern city spread, see photos. The location is pretty central to all tourist spot. Surrounding of the hotel have many foot reflexology shop but close at 12am and needed advance booking for some, really depends the crowd. Melaka food taste quite good. The lift is quite safe which I love it and feel really secure because you have to use your room card to scan before select your level, safe 👍🏻. When I visit my friends in other rooms other floors, some area of the hotel have ceiling leakage problem and it’s severe problem that the hotel need to look into because problem is almost here and there. The room I paid for is 3 adults... I don’t like it at all ☹️. The hotel treat a sofa as one adult space! The sofa is ok for a 1.55m tall person if you are taller you will suffer. Not worth paying for one more pax to sleep on sofa. The size of the room is consider small perhaps with the additional 2 seater sofa. Fridge door spoiled but I don’t use it so it’s ok. Toilet water spray head leaked. The side bed light gave us very tiny buzzing sound when off so... we sleep with it the whole night. I have no time to complain or to get someone to fix my room because I’m there for holiday to visit places, I hate to waste time waiting and moreover no room to exchange due to high occupancy. Many China tourist during my stay. I’m not in luck for this stay. 2 Stars ⭐️ is for my personal experience overall staff is ok. Swimming pool is clean and modern. Gym size ok. Viewers, it’s still good to give this hotel a try. Wish you luck 🌈

Booked this hotel last min on a Friday evening and drove over from Singapore. The hotel is located near to the city Center but the traffic to get there is bad. It could have been due to Deepavali long weekend. The hotel is marked as 4 star, but the setting at the hotel lobby was closer to 3. Out of the 3 lifts servicing the stack of 20 floors, one was broken and 2 out of 3 times we spent almost 5 mins just getting up or down to the room. There are no separate lifts for carpark and rooms, hence there is alot of inconvenience for drivers to have parked their car and wanting to go to the lobby as the lifts would be full from hotel stayers going down. We stayed in an Executive King room which is located on the executive levels 17/18/19 but the price was almost double that of the standard rooms. The room was big but the toilet shower was leaky and the toilet was always damp due to the design. The amenities around the hotel are mostly eating establishments there is plenty of supper options just stepping out of the lobby. But to get to the touristy areas like Jonker be prepared to go through traffic. Needed to borrow an iPhone cable for a couple of hours but reception says they don’t have and directed me to 7-11 or Family Mart outside, where I paid 3x the price of MR DIY. Parking is ample inside the hotel. There’s a kids pool and playground on level 5. Looking at the crowd there from my floor I think it’s safe to say many families come here for their young children Overall I think it’s ok to stay here if you have a family. But I don’t think it shd cost 400rm for 1 night. Review: the wifi here is provided but only limited to 3 devices and throttled down to 1.5mbps. Hardly even enough to attach documents to emails. 4mbps and 6mbps is available if you pay 20/30rm respectively.

A Cozy and Comfortable Stay at the noble Hotel I stayed at the noble Hotel for two nights during my business trip to Malacca, and I was very impressed by the quality of service and facilities. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a large TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless and had a nice shower and toiletries. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They greeted me warmly when I arrived and checked me in quickly. They also gave me some useful tips on what to see and do in the city, and arranged a taxi for me when I needed one. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with a selection of local and international dishes. The hotel also has a gym, a pool, and a spa, which I did not have time to use, but they looked inviting and well-maintained. I really enjoyed my stay at the noble Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable accommodation in Malacca. It was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Melaka Hotel, for making my trip a memorable one!

We booked 5 EXECUTIVE ROOM with PREMIER E LOUNGE ACCESS rooms over the weekend from 15th-17th September 2017 and were terribly disappointed with our experience.

Upon check-in, the front desk agent was disengaged and was not warm or the least bit friendly. It felt like she could not wait to get us out from her sight (we checked in at the main lobby). Furthermore, she did not share our benefits that came with the Premier Lounge.

Rooms were stuffy when we entered, we had to mention it over 4 times and went out for awhile before it got rectified.

We came back for cocktail hour. The food spread was pathetic to say the least. We were also told that there were Red/White wine and beer that they would serve us. One of us asked about what is the type of red and white wine but the staff could not understand the question and disappeared. Another staff returned and said that there was no white wine. The rest of the group joined us in the 2nd hour and everyone else wanted red wine (since there was no white available), we were told that both wine were out of stock and it was not possible to get anymore wines. How is it that a hotel of this calibre has no wine throughout the entire hotel? We were promised that there would be stock available the next evening. When we returned the next evening, both red and white wine was available. However, when we wanted some bottled water, we were told that there was NO STOCK. Its puzzling that the entire hotel does not have stock of bottled water.

Breakfast was a another huge disappointment both at the lounge and at the main breakfast area. Taste and quality were lacking.

The only saving grace is the comfortable bed. It is such a shame as the hotel has lovely aesthetics, but fails to deliver due to lack of training of the staff and...

A very disappointing stay! My friend booked this hotel once when it was named Novotel. He told me Novotel is awesome and he recommended it to me. I booked it. Since day one, me and my family have gone through terrible experiences.

First, before I checked in, I used the restroom in the lobby and there were about 4-5 taps, but only one with water and the hand wash gel was finished.

Second, I booked a superior king room and I was expecting the bed size to be King as well, but once entering into the room the bed size was like a Queen bed.

Third, the television programs were so useless and boring. Ok fine, if the hotel does not want to subscribe to programs like Netflix, Astro, or Unifi TV does not matter. But, when I was watching TV2 the sound was coming from TV3. It was not synchronized and obviously it is faulty.

Fourth, on the second day (night) when I was about to shower, the heater was taking so long to get hot, about 20minutes. I just managed it. Unfortunately, on the third day (night), after I came from shopping, my son wanted to take a bath, we waited about 1 hour for the heater to get hot, but nothing, my son had to bathe in cold water. Very disappointing!

Fifth, the morning breakfast buffet eating area was very dirty and disgusting. Cleanliness is not prioritised here.

I understand the hotel industry has been struggling due to multiples of lockdowns and due to the pandemic. Then, why need to charge a higher price if you could not provide the basic needs we need?

To be honest the amenities were complete and satisfying. The breakfast was just ok.

Overall, it was a disappointing and terrible stay. If any of you want to have a peaceful and happy stay, please search for a better hotel, not simply check-in into a so-called 4 Star hotel but everything is like...
