La Boss Hotel — Hotel in Malacca

The worst experience is not my expectations, this hotel can't serve proper basic needs which in my view is very bad. The room door handle also stuck need push hard to open, Air-conditioning work,bed sheet was just acceptable,the room was not as clean, small room was not even sound proof,the water heater not working, no telephone to call service desk, you have to go down to report, when i ask they said some room has no telephone connect. I have to change rooms since it's late at night and I need a water heater for my kids bath, water sink flow sometimes corroded, the hallway was walk as u in flat area not hotel, was creepy at night

breakfast available but if u coming late there's no food for you, mean no breakfast for everyone even they served till 10am if not mistaken, i was there at 9am and only ate bread and single drink of orange juice, no enough varies food prep by hotel,swimming pool was terrible dirty, lot of rule to understand and obey and experience was not really great, many hotels I've been this could spot as bad one for me.

Their staff was very good, attentive just not in common sense, i saw the same staff served on the counter, the same staff handle maintenance check, and the same staff at the breakfast area cleaning tables. Poor them. This hotel was not recommended if you wish to stay longer, with a price over RM250++ per night, it's expensive at worst. I can easily get the same rate with lots of excellent providers out there. Had enough and will not come back here. It was booked by my wife or else ill...

for rm182 price that came with 1 king bed and 1 single bed

the room is fine, the space is fine, the toilet is super fine, the bed are fine, clean, properly thought out

but the thing that got me super frustrated is the minibar and the Aircond ...

the minibar is broken .. couldn't even get anything cold. What's the point of putting it inside the room expecting people to not use it

like how in the world are you serving this type of room to customers

you should fix everything.... please don't come to this hotel, if you are that desperate, please ask them

how's the aircond is the minibar (if available in the room) in a working condition or not Just ask everything...

even disgusting that there's a leftover water bottle and trash inside the room.... bro like how could you do that for a hotel ...

everything was nice already, the breakfast menu and such, the friendly staff (only 1 at the counter),

i want you guys to succeed but, you need to improve that first impression. but you already ruined mine and my family

1stly, Google map can't locate this hotel 😡I had to make an idd call and was told by receptionist that I had to key in MAC hotel and La Boss is opposite this hotel 😂.Biggest joke of the trip.Booked this cheaper room, as we only need to sleep the night n set sail early next morning.Went into room and went to use the washroom, I got a shock 😲 🤬. The toilet bowl has faeces all over and couldn't be removed when I used the rinser too. It was gross to even to look at. Open the tap at wash basin and it was not choked to the max. No towels were given. Toiletteries were all ¾ used, obviously they didn't even bother to change when previous guest checked out. Went down to reception to complaint and I got a rude answer that they will replace me a new room, without even saying sorry or any checking. I showed her the photos of the condition of the room, she didn't even blink an eye, as it it is the norm for La Boss. Never will I ever step into this hotel, even...
