It is the dirtiest hostel that I have ever been before. From the comment at Agoda. It's a normal budget hotel but when I arrive at the room it looks like a room which has been empty for more than 3 months. Everywhere full of dust and spider webs, the fridge is the most terrible one. Dirty like they are playing something inside and no one is willing to clean it up. The most out of my expectation is I met a beehive beside the window. How terrible! And the most unexpected thing is that Agoda recommends it as the most suitable one. Okay that is not the reason that I give 1 star. The worst thing is I ask the receptionist politely to change the room. She didn't even check and was just too lazy to double check to me and just reply to me that there was no empty room. I'm totally mad about it. The room let me and my friend feel uncomfortable and unsafe, we keep afraid they will open our room at night or when we go out to explore Malacca. I'm so disappointed in Agoda...

The day-shift front desk was a foreigner (which I wasn't too happy) and told us just switch on the a/c but not to touch the remote as it may not be cold later in the day. ||||We did as told and we went off for early dinner and shopping, expecting once entering the room, it was cold - yet it was not at all. by this time, the night-shift front desk was there to assist. Yet it went to worse - a/c had no air. We can't change rooms as it was fully booked. So the front desk tried his best to help - when gave the housekeeping fan for us to use.
