F30 Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Pahang

We are a group of old friends stopping by for lunch at this restaurant at edge of Gohtong Jaya next to lush vegetation and green hills. We can feel the freshness of the air and rustic surroundings. We were shocked to find the place packed with holiday makers from all walks of life on the way up or down from the resort. Not many write ups by customers gave it the thumbs up but quite the opposite for us. Personally we find it quite a nice and good place for a break except the prices were a bit steep but what do you expect from a crowded holiday destination. We give them credit for the dishes we had, namely, steamed river patin, chilly salted fish pork belly, lor hon vegetables and bitter gourd chicken. Good company among ourselves could be an added factor that we gave it more reasonable review. On our way home from Genting Highlands, we stopped here for a late lunch to savor its famed Udang Galah mee together with stirred fried green vegetables, anchovies fried rice and venison...

Came here due to bus driver said highway jammed all the way to Gombak, so better to eat before that. Very typical Chinese restaurant, non air conditioned and plastic tables and chairs. We had only 30 min so ordered with bullet speed, the dishes came out hot and fast, very efficient. Overall I liked the food cause again, all had good taste but not overly salty. I wanna say it is very close to hokkien style hence it had a very Penang flare to it, in both the appearance and also the fragrance. And with this very homey dinner place and lighting speed of eating and then catching some indigestion, we boarded the bus on time to go home.
