AVOID THIS PLACE(远离这家店). Terrible managet and customer service: 1. Deceiving description of dishes availability. The waiter said one vegetable dish was not available but 10 mins after other table got that same dish. 2. Ignore customer questions. When we asked why that dish was served for other tables. One female stuff said they just know that dish is back on stock. Stuff showed no apology and didn't inform us that dish was coming back. When we ask for discount and asked for manager. Female staff refused and came up ridiculous reason and claimed no manager at the store. Later she claimed she is manager and basically ignored our questions on why there is discrimination on availability of the dishes. 3. When we asked for bill and insist on discounts and apology on this matter. She turned away and brought in store police and a random guy. That guy started to bully us like 'You dare to not pay!? F*'. Having a late lunch on 16/6/2022, arpund 2pm. Terrible and wont visit this shop again. Bad experiance.

Normal food like mammi chicken rice cost us $16 canned drink $5, before taxes (service charge and sst). The taste was just in level of acceptable.

However the service was just bad and staffs do not alert on customer need and want. We been seated by server to a table without spoon , fork or even chopstick. Food was serve to table and the server just walk away after transfer the food to table. We need to look for the spoon ourself from other table.

Cabohydrate drink served in room temperature without asking we need ice cube or not, not even a cup is given for the entire drink. We then requested for ice cube and it still not serve to us at all. All the server was just stand there keep on chit chatting. We have to request for it again after 15 minutes, then only they give it to us. Not only that, still missing item, milo ice was not serve to us. Kam Kitchen is a gem, and there's truly nothing to fault here. When you compare their prices with other options, it becomes evident that it's a much more family-friendly and family-oriented place. Especially dining for family of some sizes.

The dishes at Kam Kitchen are not just reasonably priced; they are genuinely tasty. The service, in my experience, has been more than acceptable.
