Service very rude, very rude staff feeling like we are begging something even we paid for that, staff name i ask first he said tada nama apa u mau buat i said tanya je abg punya nama he very rude, then he shouted nama dia Muhammad Addullah, I scared not from him but my self respect instead, they have no manners don’t know how they handling the business, just ruining the business, hope Management take action to tell them that how to treat customers. Any manager or Boss see this feedback please at least ask him for what he is so rude? Worse customer service ever. Now a days situation is like this if you have bit mistake in food but you are sweet talking with customer people will ignore just because of the good staff. But here No words. I paid for dine in and ask for straw he said ambil kat sana, ordered ice cream but ask for serve later after finish my food i go n ask to send he ask give receipt i said i left on table can you check here or maybe other staff know he said no receipt can not give then someone came from inside yes have sending you shortly and serve half cup of ice cream we paid for full, you imagine even mama restaurant also don’t do this. Really really worse service bad staff, specially families strictly don’t go there the worse you feel when someone don’t have manners and in front of your family you need to face this service....

Read moreI eat here 2-3 times in a week, I do love the foods but Customer Service is very very poor. Weather it’s weekdays or weekends, busy or not busy. I always waited for more than 30minutes just for my simple meal. Service charge is paid. Item was just in their pick-up counter and no one bothered to check if the foods was too long, no one bother to send. Manager on duty should check and monitor and ask staff to send whoever choose for table service. Do improve your customer service and have a set timing...
