Monic, the server truly embodies excellence in service. His execution of the dining experience was nothing short of perfect and amazing. Despite the presence of two servers on that particular day, Monic stood out with his positive attitude, helpful demeanor, and friendly disposition. His enthusiasm was palpable, and his welcoming smile as we approached the restaurant made us feel truly valued and appreciated.

During our two visits, the food served was not only amazing but also had a slight inclination towards being salty, especially suitable for those enjoying alcoholic beverages.

Monic's attentiveness shone through as he was open to accommodating requests and feedback, ensuring a personalized experience for each guest. Moreover, the affordability of the menu made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The ambiance of the restaurant was family-friendly, adding to the overall warmth and comfort of the place. Our experience was so exceptional that we have eagerly shared it with our friends, colleagues, and relatives, encouraging them to partake in the same delightful experience.

Above all, it was Monic's genuine and excellent service that truly made our visits memorable. His dedication and hands-on approach to serving guests deserve the highest praise. Kudos to Monic for his outstanding commitment to providing exceptional service.

A solid 2/10 because of the service. The service experience was extremely disappointing and lacking. We arrived late 10pm+ and ordered 5 Soju highballs, but only 3 were served after waiting for over 40 minutes. Even after prompting the staff, they simply asked us to continue waiting because they needed more time to prepare. I do understand the drinks take time to make. But, waiting over 40 minutes for just 3 Soju highballs is unacceptable and ridiculous. The best part was, the table beside us got served one of the soju highballs we ordered.

I also noticed that the other tables experienced similarly long waits for their drinks. We waited so long that we nearly finished our snacks before all our drinks arrived. On a positive note, the live band was great and the atmosphere was decent, but the service was absolutely bad. The snacks were average, can't go wrong with it.

Slow to serve, fast to bill us LOL.

Ps, we didn't get our 2 soju highballs after finishing our drinks and snacks. They had the audacity to bill us for the 5 soju highballs too. Had to request them to cancel the other 2🫠🫠🫠

My 1st ever terrible experienced in my life. Me and my friends having a dinner countdown of 2025 and we have spent total around RM750.00++(dinner & beers).

End up 11.20pm before the countdown, one of the staff (pic below👇) asked us to leave immediately. Completely ruined all our mood of the perfect night! 😤🤬😡

1. Staffs are rude and very bad attitude! 👎

2. Spent RM750.00++ end up not even 2 hrs seat(9.30pm-11.20pm), we have already been asked to leave by a staff (pic below)👎

3. We never mentioned for bill payment, but staff directly take the bill coming rushing us to leave 👎

4. During walk in time, staff never mentioned for each table times limit, but end up asked to leave immediately 👎

5. We mentioned to the staff(pic below) that we want to write a bad review for his restaurant, end up we get shocked from his answer replied: ‘just proceed for the bad review, is ok😱’

6. We have call to make a reservation before go, but staff mentioned that no any reservations can make, only walk in. End up I saw tables are reserved by others … 👎

Very disappointed and would not visit again!!!...
