Suncafe by Soulutions Seberang Jaya — Restaurant in Penang

Today, my organization has booked a buffet dinner (actually quite expensive) for 130 pax (10% children, 50% adults, 40% elderly) at the restaurant from 6.30 pm till 7.30 pm.

When I was there at 6.30 pm, I feedback to the manager that 5 out of the existing 6 hot dishes are spicy. As we do have significant numbers of children and elderly, I gave him early advice that most of the guest tonight will have nothing much to eat for dinner.

The manager said noted. To my surprise, nothing was done to my feedback after 30 minutes. As a result, a few kids can only eat desserts for dinner, some have plain rice for dinner, there is a family who ordered pizza and salmon for their kids (RM92) from cafe menu , in addition to the high buffet price paid. My wife has bad gastric after that for having the spicy food.

Soulutions .......... uhm, not so sure if the name is appropriate. This is definitely one of the most "Inconsiderate menu" I have come across in...

Beautiful Ambience, Disappointing Food. We did our Company dinner here recently.The environment is good but the food didnt live up to expectations. The menu looked promising, but the dishes lacked flavor and freshness. Some dishes were good but overcooked and most of all the dessert really didnt meet up my expectations.
