OLDTOWN White Coffee Bandar Sunway — Restaurant in Penang

Oldtown is very successful today; service is very out. There was an old woman staff; if you call her, she pretends you don't hear; she ignored me when I called her; when I asked for a menu, she acted rude and asked to scan the order. Even though I just asked for the menu, not to tell her to take the order.

One more thing, nowadays when I want to enter Oldtown, even now I wonder a lot: why are all the Banglas working in this restaurant? Hygiene is really important; I totally prefer locals to work there; it is easy to communicate; I was informed that the manager is also...

We came in without expectations and ended up disappointed anyways. Service quite bad, we were not informed of the white bread all ran out before we order, end up have to change order. Food took forever to come, food came first before drinks They serve burnt toast Half boiled eggs are cold They screwed up the bill, didn't update the order that we changed Staffs all looked like they're at a funeral

I would strongly disagree coming here for breakfast. Not worth the money. Ordered dim sum and they served it chill and uncooked but the container alone was warm. Staffs are not friendly and cautious about the clearance of finished dishes. Tables are already small,hence they should be going around to check for finished dishes and clear them out of the table in order for us to have space to eat.Would rather go to a normal stall and have a comforting breakfast for...
