Been to this restaurant 2 years ago after Malaysia government re-opened its door after Covid. Service was commendable, prompt & courteous. The victory fried chicken has been my favorite, and this is one of the “yardstick dishes” that I used to jugde how good is the restaurant. Read moreWARNING: One of the worst service I have experienced, please avoid this place at all cost. Ipoh is home to many good restaurants. This is overpriced and staff were rude, especially the captain/manager. Waited 1.5 hours and when asked the staff said it's cooking. No indication how long we have to wait. Was told it's because we ordered late and everyone else pre orders the food when come dine here. Was also told waiting 1 hour is normal when dining in Ipoh. When the food served it's not even hot. I wonder where the food went. And she event mixed up the prawns and just decided throw in additional prawns and said the kitchen forgotten about it, asked to take it back since we already finished our meal and was told it's already cooked . Please avoid this place...
