We found this lovely coffee shop / cafe whilst strolling around town and stopped in for delicious Hainan coffee. ' Mum' and ' Dad' are very friendly and interesting and speak great English and made super vegetarian food for us, delicious and economical. The coffee shop has great traditional charm and it was lovely chatting with ' Mum' about her son who lives in Jim's home town Liverpool. Most highly recommended ( they have cheap Guinness too! )...

Food and drinks here pretty tasty surprisingly. Iced coffee, curry noodles and wanton all tasted good. Kaya butter toast is not nice, not pure butter and kaya is not fragrant. The famous steamed baos from Kedai Kopi Choy On Yoon in Menglembu are available here too. Friendly...

One century coffee shop . See the mirror signboard on the wall , the 4 digit telephone number (5121) ! I enjoyed the coconut and kaya buns , with a cup of coffee . It was good , what a good start with traditional breakfast ! Ask the owner , he is not sure how many years of this shop . But i searched google ,concluded it was most probably in 1920s .
