Do NOT order any chicken from this place!!!!

I ordered the crispy chicken burger, crispy was about it. I cut the burger in half as it was far too big to eat in one piece and the chicken was RAW on one of the pieces so I obviously sent it back.

There wasn’t really any apology for this and it was brought back out to me. The only thing that had been changed was they had re-stacked the burger! Presentation was horrendous and it looked disgusting. Again no apology.

Where the chicken wasn’t raw it was GREY. No I’m no expert but I’m sure chicken should be white??????

The only decent thing was the chips. Maybe just order a bowl of those to prevent getting sick!

I’m from the UK and if something gross like that happened they’d do anything under the sun to correct and 9/10 times take it off the bill. But no lol. They did nothing. Staff were okay but useless at the same time.

This is a fusion restaurant situated in the old part of Ipoh. The set up of the restaurant is nice and cosy. Nice place to have a quiet meal.

The food menu is a mixed of western and local food. Alcohol is available here. Interesting beer brands are available here. As for desserts, their Chocolate Lava Cake and Tiramisu Cake are good.

Service is good and professional. Waiting time is reasonable and depending on the type of food ordered.

Cleanliness is good.

Considering the restaurant set up and food served, prices are reasonable. Cash and credit cards are accepted here.

Parkings are mainly roadside parkings. Parkings during lunch time may be difficult. Parkings during dinner time are easily available.

Patrons on wheelchairs will not be able to patronize...

Came here during happy hour and was excited to discover that Miner’s Arms has reopened! It was my first visit to the new location, and the moment I stepped inside, it brought back so many childhood memories.

I had a Whiskey Sour, fresh oysters, and smoked duck breast, everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the cocktail was well-crafted.

The nostalgic atmosphere really adds to the overall experience. If you enjoy old-school charm paired with good food, this place is definitely worth a visit. The service was friendly, and I had a great evening here.
