Mixue @ Taman Jubilee Perak — Restaurant in Perak

May I know is the staff problem or it’s really less like this ? When I purchase at others outlets never get this less portion at all, is the staff any happened ? As the video can see it was only 1/3 ice cream in the cup ! I paying money with normal price and also add on topping for waffle ,but I get this unfair portion ? Absolutely terrible and disappointing. When I first bought the ice cream was filled till the fullest but now itnbarely filled half the cup. They don't even weigh it accurately and presicly. I order the crispy strawberry sundae and it was like getting just half the portion. Even the promise crispy sundea was lacking. The horrible and unsatisfying portion size and lack of toppings made it not worth the money. Won't be returning...

I recently visited the Mixue Taman Jubilee outlet, and while the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed by the limited menu options. Many items were out of stock, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. The friendliness of the staff did make the visit pleasant, but I hope they can improve their inventory management to offer a more complete selection...
