Jia Yi Dao Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Perak

I and my husband went to this restaurant yesterday... We waited fr 10mins frnthe waiter to attend us... Thn the waiter just pass the menu and just went like that... Waited for another 15 mins plus still no waited attend us... Thn I went to the waiter to give my order of 2 types of Fried Rice and a small sized black pepper mock chicken and the waited almost 30 mins fr the food after 30mins we only received the black peper item but no rice were served and the waiter just vanished like that .. but the customers who came after us all were eating... Thn I my self went and remind the waiter again thn only they noticed and start to prepare the fried rice... came in at 7:40pm and only at 8:30 we received our first item from what we order... I do understand that they have other customers too but how come they got the orders earlier for the customers who came after us thn ours... we just ordered fried rice tho... Thn after we done with our dinner we went to make payment and the staffwas using phone and not even answer our question on how much to pay... he just printed out the receipt and gave us...My bad that we both had bad experience with this restaurant... Hope they take note of this feed back and make...

I always have my vegetarian meal here for my lunch , one particular day I took vege , two pieces of tofu and 5-6some sort of fried balls . Went to counter , the person in charge is a foreigner and charging me a whopping of rm 13 for the plate of meal , without any hesitation I asked him are you out of your mind ? Rm 13 for this kind of meal , he said that fried ball is rm1 per piece. I was shocked to hear and told him , even though it’s rm1 , you must stated the price or otherwise ppl do not know and take without knowing the price . I straight away told him , get that fried balls off my plate and price reduce to rm6 . He said his boss told him that was the price of the fried balls, rm 1 per piece . That size of the ball merely like 50c new coin sizes . I said you and boss are crazy to put such prices on this food . No more entering this...

Ordered their ginger chicken rice, came without ginger. I didn't want to be difficult so I just finished the thing and tried to remind the waiter when paying (usually only that one middle age chinese lady with the glasses during dinner hours). However my kindness my politeness was not reciprocated. The rude lady keep saying they the ginger slices were there, implying that I was lying. Without much further explanation, she just took off while i was still talking to her. Will never visit again long as this rude woman is still working there.

If you ever found anything not right with your order, don't ever try to be nice. Capture it with your phone camera and contront them immediately, else they will just deny it and still demand...
