Restoran Taste of Wellness — Restaurant in Perak

Really bad service! Purposely make a call afternoon to book for my family dinner. When we reach there, there are quite alot of people waiting outside and I feel like thanks god luckily I did make reservation at afternoon.

When I inform to the staff that I make a phone call reservation, she told me wait for awhile as there got no table available at the moment. We wait at outside, end up we realize that they aren't arranging table for us but for other walk in customer that waiting outside.

We questioned the staff and get an answer which is they're waiting outside 1st! I was like what the ...., so what's the point i make a phone call reservation? And they totalled didn't reserve the table at all before dinner crowd, and told me got customer they got no choice to let them sit in first.

SO WHAT IS THE POINT FOR PHONE CALL...

Definitely try their fish dishes! (Cheap and finger licking good) Most of the dishes are spicy but they were all delicious! All the food taste like they are home-made. Service is good as well. Price is also reaosnable. Only able to serve a few tables at one time, so may be full at normal meal time. Reservation via telephone is recommended. May need to wait for a while when...
