This evening I called Aslan at Giant Mutiara Damansara to arrange doughnuts for my kids’ class party. Despite the distance between the store and my home, Ahmad Aslan patiently assisted me, carefully boxed the order, and ensured it was delivered to my doorstep. His kindness, dedication, and willingness to accommodate my request truly made a difference to my kids (and their classmates!) will definitely be thrilled.

Read moreI went there during lunch hour just to get 2 donuts. There were staff but they were talking at the back and busied themselves with other chores. No one at the cashier to assist the customer. I called one of the staff out by calling ‘cik’ and she looked at me over her shoulder and try to call one of her colleagues out as she was doing sth else and asked me to wait. One of them were out but instead of straight away to the counter, she was taking the donuts out of the oven tray by tray, left me yet for more waiting. I am 9 months pregnant and they just let me stand as long as they want. There were other 2 customers also waiting at the table, left unattended. Very unprofessional and I just left after minutes of waiting as they just continue doing their stuff with no sign of interest to entertain the customer. Read moreThe staff were very rude, especially the girl at the counter. I was asking whether I could order 12 sets but have them packed in different boxes. Instead of responding politely, she just nodded her head without saying anything. That wasn’t the only issue. I also asked if there were more of a certain flavour, since there was only one left on the display. She bluntly replied, “No stock, that’s all we have.” Fine! but after I paid, another staff member came out and started unloading the same flavour I had asked for earlier. I asked her, “So there are more?” but she completely ignored me. If you want to know which staff member I’m referring to—she’s not very tall. Honestly, it’s hard to enjoy your purchase when you’re being served by someone with that kind of attitude. Please train your staff to handle customers more...
