The chicken rice shop Giant Kota Damansara does not have good customer service. The quality of chicken be it steam chicken or roasted aren't fresh and there were times the chicken had blood meaning it wasn't cook and even the rice isn't like the chicken rice that me and my family used to know. I had lunch at The Chicken Rice Shop, Giant Kota Damansara, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff, especially Thivya, was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant was also impressively clean and comfortable.
