Not even sure what to say … but, We went to Paradigm to see the Star Wars setup they had going on in the mall. We went to information to ask where it was and they told us that we had to spend 20RM each in the mall to get in. There were 7 of us. 2 adults and 5 children under from 4-9yrs old. I told the server we needed separate bills as I had 2 children and my friend had 3 children. The server said no problem. So all the drinks came out and I had ordered a bottomless coffee. The machine broke down and I had 1 coffee and was not offered anything else. 10 mins into everyone eating their food, I asked the server where my meal was and he said it’d be another 10 mins. 10 mins later, everyone had their meals finished and the kids were all ready to go. I had still not gotten my meal. I waited another 5 to 10 mins and it finally came. Kids were wild and wanted to go see the Star Wars but I had to eat before that could happen. Finally, food was gone and I asked to get the bills, One came, and I had been charged for a bottomless drink….lol So they tried to put it on two receipts for us…. It took another 10 mins. Finally the bills arrived.. the bottomless coffee was taken off but they decided to charge me for 2 kids meal and gave me the third one free.. lol. I only have two children. My friend’s bill was correct. He had two kids meal and the 3rd was free. I was not in a great mood and did not want to bother wasting more time in this restaurant trying to get my money back as everyone was just ready to see the Star Wars setup in the mall. So, we went up to where the Star Wars was supposed to be and it was closed. It was supposed to be open until 8pm. Needless to say, it had closed the day before because there were not many people coming to see it. The kids were in tears as they waited a week to see this. Read moreFood here is decent like any chili's I've been before. But one thing that sticks out is the absolutely horrendous service. Staff here is very unattentive , trying to get their attention is as difficult as trying to catch a fly. After finishing my dinner, I asked for ther receipt. I waited 10ins for my receipt, 3 or 4 workers were toying with the machine ,despite that I remain patiently seated.Upon exiting the premises my sister was shoved by this bald short guy with a cap ,but we just simply ignored and continued our way out. After exiting this bald guy have the courage to come and chase after us telling us we had paid the wrong bill. I was understandably furious having wasted quite a substantially amount of time waiting for a piece of paper that's wrong wiitout a apology.the absolutely boiling point for me was the second time exiting the place he ran into my sis again. I justifiable said the 2words with total of 2 syllables to him. I wonder if chilli's intentionally send the good reputable employee's to busier and more well known places like one utama.And straight up trash rude unapologetic 'workers'to neighbourhood malls like paradigm. Read moreSo, today we went to Chili’s for dinner. We waited in the queue where two staffs were entertaining one customer while there were 5 queuing up to enter into the premise. Understaffed? I don’t know. Why not one employee handle one customer? Walked in to our seat ordered our meal. (Cajun pasta and triple dipper). For my meal (Cajun pasta), I was given a knife and a fork. When asked for a spoon, we were given with a dessert spoon. We asked them if they had a normal spoon to eat our meal, they mentioned they do not have it. Fine! The penne was under cooked well didn’t complain about that. Then came the triple dipper which pissed us off real bad. We ordered the Big Mouth Bites and we specifically asked for CHICKEN! As soon as my partner took a bite, it was beef. And the excuse was, the staff is under training. Cmon! Your staff is old enough to know the difference between chicken and beef right? That’s when we lost it, called up the manager and he told us that he wouldn’t charge us for the meal but let’s be fair, how’s the outlet understaffed and makes a silly mistake like this?
