McDonald's Citta Mall — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

I am very dissatisfied with this MCD and have had two very unpleasant experiences. The first time, I ordered fried chicken, and after my fried chicken came, I went to the counter to exchange it for chicken breast. I waited for a long time before someone came to take my fried chicken to exchange it. As a result, he took it away and never came back. I waited stupidly at the counter. After waiting for about fifteen minutes, I was very impatient and went back to my seat to wait. Then a cleaning lady noticed my dissatisfaction and took the initiative to ask where my chicken was. As a result, my chicken was cooking. I wanted to ask why I waited so long at the counter but no employee came to ask me what was wrong. In the end, I waited for 45 minutes for the fried chicken. The second experience was when I was taking away, waiting for my food, and I also waited for a long time. I asked if my food was ready. An old lady employee in gray looked at my order and turned away. Then I continued to wait. The old lady employee suddenly put a takeaway food on the counter, and then I continued to wait. As a result, at the end of the wait, the food she put was actually mine. She didn't tell me that my food was ready, and I waited in vain. I was really angry. This MCD has so many employees, all busy and inefficient, it's really funny. In the end, I only admire the cleaning lady, who cared about me and asked for me during my first experience, unlike the people at the counter who turned a blind eye and pretended not to see the customers. I don't understand why the boss hired so many employees, some of whom are just busy...

It's good to have a machine to let you order faster, but still need to wait longer. The display screen show me, I can already pickup your food there, and they haven't prepared anything yet. What made me angry is, they took 40 minutes to make a McChicken, I was the first one there ordered my burger, I'm just waited for my burger at the counter there, and they don't respect me! McChicken was made, but they didn't gave me... When I asked them, the cashier look at me with an annoying face and ask the others worker in kitchen to prepare my burger. So I'm the one who did something wrong? I've waited 40 minutes for a McChicken! And their delivery is really bad. I ordered a McChicken with McDelivery, and they was late to deliver my burger, then I received a call said they will be late due to raining, I look at the sky outside the window, it's just cloudy, and they said it's raining? They don't even read the deliver address before they lie to me? The apartment where I live is just 1km from there... It's take so long to wait for their delivery, and the burger I received was so cold. And the second time I ordered for delivery is in morning, I ordered at 6am, and I need to work at 9am, at around 8.30am they called me and said their system was down, ask me to wait for another 30 mins, I said I need to go to work at 9am, they just keep ask me to wait, and so I'm...
