What a dissapointment. McD Mutiara branch manager PLEASE give your staff a good lecture and dont do this again. Its against SOP.
I ordered 1 set of crispy chic muffin (breakfast) set at the window. At the next window i was given my drink and was told to park at waiting area and they will send my order over
Another car with 3 passengers was already waiting for their order in front of me. I saw earlier that they had received their drinks too...
After a few minutes a staff came out with 1 small bag and passed it to the driver of the car in front. I had a sneaky suspicion it was my order & not theirs. Y wld their order come in one tiny bag when there were 3 of them A well trained staff wld check first the order receipt number to see if it matched....but she did not
I cld see that the driver opened the bag...looked at the item...then passed to his wife...and she too opened the bag & looked thru & i can only assume must have touched the packaging to see what the item was. I dont blame them for doing so. The driver then got out of car wth bag in hand....i immediately steppd out...and he knew straight away it was meant for me and not them
I thanked him n marched to the service window and complained. 1st question by staff was "diaorang dah buka tengok ke?" or something along those lines....Really?? Was that my duty to figure that out??
I sternly demanded a fresh order and warned them not to recycle the item. This is a break of SOP. No1 else shld b handling your customers food other then your own staff wth gloves & facemask
I was eventually given a another set. Just so u know....i threw it away. Bcoz prior to tht i cld see from the corner of my eye tht the earlier hashbrown was taken out of the bag & placed back onto the hot counter and not discarded.
Absolutely dissapointed in McD Mutiara lack of SOP. Train your...
Read moreToday 19 May at 7.15pm i drove through at Mc Donalds Mutiara Dsara to place my order amounting RM97.83 for takeaway. I asked for 5pieces spicy chicken for my order with any chicken parts like drumstick, thigh or wings specifically . I even Emphasized twice “Tak nak bahagian dada”. The girl at drive through order counter initially told me she cant promised to have my request accommodated. I then say im ok & alright to cancel my chicken order if this cannot be arranged. She then confirmed to me after that - it can be arranged so i proceed to make full payment. Upon collection of my order, i asked the girl that pass me my order at the second window “ if the chicken thats packed are all without bahagian dada”. She turned asking her colleague and told me that “ok, semua ok tak ada bahagian dada” as per my request before making payment. When i reached home to have my dinner (the chicken was packed right at the bottom underneath burgers. Apple pie, fries & nugget), i opened the box and was fully disappointed and upset to see all 5 pieces were “ breast/ dada “ which ive indicated 3 times clearly. If u cant deliver what guests orders, dont say yes to customer requests without checking thoroughly and dont lie. Bad quality of nugget order too as it was chewy like spoiled or being deep fried too long. Is customer service important to the team on duty at McD Mutiara Dsara today? Definitely NO! I opened grab apps and saw that this outlet was only scored and rated 4.1 rating on google review , which reflects exactly my poor experience with then just half an hour ago ! I suggest mcd to look at the roster of team on duty today and provide refresher training for them for being non competent. Its not the money, theres reasons why customers order what they would...
