J.CO Donuts & Coffee @ The Curve — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Bad customer service. Super bad intonation talking to customer especially the fatest girl pretended to be the guy at the doughnut section. We ordered drinks and it was not even called out properly until it left our drinks at the coffee machine resulting our frappe melted. It was less than 10 customer and was not busy...they can just call our name again until we hear it. We only notice it was out drinks when we realized it took so long and we looked at the counter then only the girl wearing hijab with short sleeve call our name in super low volume! Had to read their mouth from out table to notice they're calling our name. Another hijab girl with beard was not even smiling at all while taking order and gave staring eyes when we took the drinks from the coffee machine. It was not busy! less people! Yet you call the name in a super low volume???? Making the whole shop environment super bad and disgusting...... Totally not recommended... And also plates was left on the table from the previous customers and they don't even clean it up........ Dirty........... NOT RECOMMENDED! Theres no choice of ZERO star.. ONE star is too much for this store..... Saw one couple stand at the doughnut section when we were heading out, they had to wait there with nobody entertain......... So.......

One of my favourite place to eat doughnuts and get some coffee. They have various type of doughnuts and they always have stocks. I like all the doughnuts as the doughnut not too creamy or too sweet. And you can purchase a lot to take home easier. I come here quiet often and used to buy the baby donut. It was tasty and very suitable for sharing and kids. Last time my cousins come to visit me, I manage to grab quiet a lot of doughnuts for them and they like it. Used to seat down and have a tea time there. They have quiet delicious coffee and quiet milky. If you wanted to eat their sweet doughnuts don't drink milky coffee, it will makes you feel bloated and too creamy. Grab something like tea or non-milky drinks if you grab some sweet doughnuts. I drink the coffee with plain doughnut and it taste really nice. Great place for long seating to do work and stuff. Absolutely terrible customer service, came here twice but both times left without buying due to the rude staff. Came 3 months ago and the staff was busy scrolling phone and did not want to serve us.

Decided to give it a second chance but this time the staff still had a long face and was very unfriendly, was served by the male staff wearing specs around 9pm, we waited for 5mins although there's only a group of customer ahead of us. Then, male staff decided to serve the customer who came later than us and asked us to wait with a rude tone, which doesn't make sense. Left without buying again.
