first of all, I asked for NO ICE specifically and I was the only customer there and it wasn't busy so I couldn't give them the benefit of the doubt and my drink has this fizzy taste like soda and I couldn't finish it and they even said "okay" when I said no ice. This happened the last time I came here but I was good with it because they told me they couldn't do that. It was weird because all the other Tealive I went to I could ask for no ice but this Tealive specifically I couldn't get no ice but the last time they told me that they couldn't do it so I was like okay but this. The man manning the cashier pay too much attention on the device, unaware I'm at the counter, ready to order. Even I cough he did not notice. After making an order, was ready to pay via Wave, but he mentioned "cash". Just one word. No explanation why I can't use Wave. Very poor customer service. During the whole process, his body gesture suggested he's not in the mood to serve, making my visit very unpleasant. Read moreBeen here so many time, but last week not satisfied with the two staff (a girl & a man) being not friendly and malas layan customer. Luckily another girl came and she was delightful instead of the other two. Didn't get their names tho but hope can improve their hospitality. And one of us bought the k coffee twice that week but didn't get the free gift joseon beauty bcs he didn't know there were free gifts for his americano. The staff should've being honest and give the gifts even if they didn't realised it. Not complaining to give bad rating but was hoping the management do something to improve staff service.
