Moon and Sun Coffee — Restaurant in Sarawak

Decided to try out this cafe after our brunch along carpenter street. Not that many cake selection but they have a mixture of some cakes / pastry / muffin etc.

Service was welcoming and friendly. Seatings at ground floor was limited but they also had a second floor. Air conditioned. Overall clean and calm vibe except that noise level can get abit high during peak hours.

Drinks - coconut coffee was tasty. Brought us back to our coconut cream coffee in Vietnam. Matcha latte was alright. Not the best tasty matcha flavour profile (for my liking) but the matcha and milk did blend well. Madeline was alright - best eaten when it’s warm as it can get a little harder when left out for a while.

Basque burnt cheese cake was creamy and smooth. A little sweeter for our liking but nonetheless still very tasty.

A must visit in Kuching! Great coffee! And lots of varieties to pick from. Very clean and great service! Great baristas and mixologists, they know what they are doing. Twilight coffee drink sounded very different with orange and coffee, but it’s a great combination. Again, service is top notch!

Very impressed with their knowledge of coffee beans, roasting process (they roast them!), brewing techniques, art, and mixology.
